Vainglorystudios Main Store shipping policy:

 

Thank you for shopping with Vainglory. We want to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and hassle free as possible. Below you’ll find all the important details about our shipping process.

 

1. Shipping Times & Processing:

 

Our processing times are typically 1-5 business days. However, some products may have specific shipping schedules, especially for limited drops and/or pre-orders. In this case the description on the product page will clearly indicate the expected ship date for those items.

 

Note: If your order includes a product with a set shipping week, your entire order will ship once that product is ready. If you’d like to receive in-stock items sooner, please consider placing a separate order for them.

2. Shipping Methods:

We currently only use Royal mail shipping method. Available options and rates will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery address. The shipping methods include but are not limited to:

  • VainGlory Standard UK Shipping (2-4 working days AFTER SHIPMENT DETAILS ARE RECIEVED)
  • VainGlory Standard EU Shipping (5 - 8 working days AFTER SHIPMENT DETAILS ARE RECIEVED)
  • VainGlory Standard USA Shipping ( 7 - 12  working days AFTER SHIPMENT DETAILS ARE RECIEVED)

The above is the dates are for when customers have been given a tracking number only , not the estimated time if a pre-order. 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location and external factors (weather, holidays, etc.).

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location. The shipping cost will be provided at checkout before you complete your order.

  • VainGlory Standard UK Shipping £5 (GBP)
  • VainGlory Standard EU Shipping £12 (GBP)
  • VainGlory Standard International Shipping £25(USD)

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over:

  • VainGlory Standard UK Shipping: Over (150 GBP)
  • VainGlory Standard EU Shipping: Over (200 GBP)
  • VainGlory Standard USA Shipping: Over (270 USD)

3. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email entered at checkout, which you can use to track your package online, from VainGlory to your door. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on royal mail site. 

4. Pre-order items Timeline:

Items marked as pre-order are not ready to ship immediately.

There will be a  pre-order window runs that will be listed in the description of the product and production begins after the window closes.

All pre-order items are expected to ship from the specific date as listed.

Please allow for potential delays due to production or customs.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your item has been shipped.

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and United States . Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.

5. Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of. 

6. Customs & delays:

We offer international shipping via Royal Mail International Tracked.

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are prepaid and included in the shipping price.There will be no additional charges on delivery.

This ensures a smooth, hassle-free delivery experience for our international customers.

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services.

While we aim for prompt delivery, shipping times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak periods. Vainglory Studios is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing beyond our control.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or issues that arise due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

VAINGLORY ATELIER — BESPOKE COMMISSIONS POLICY

Made-to-Order Nature:

VAINGLORYSTUDIOS ATELIER pieces are bespoke items produced exclusively for the commissioning client. Each piece is handcrafted to order according to the approved specifications and is unique in nature.

Payment:

Full payment is required prior to the commencement of production. No work will begin until payment has been received in cleared funds.

Production & Lead Times:

Production timelines provided are estimates only and may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and handcrafted processes. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Design Approval:

All design details must be reviewed and approved by the client prior to production. Once production has begun, substantial changes cannot be made.

Non-Refundable Policy:

Due to the bespoke nature of VAINGLORYSTUDIOS ATELIER pieces, all commissions are final sale and non-refundable once production has commenced. This includes cancellations, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with subjective aesthetic preferences.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

Variations:

Natural leather and handcrafted construction may result in slight variations in colour, grain, texture, hardware finish, or stitching. These characteristics are inherent to bespoke craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Shipping:

Completed pieces will be dispatched using a tracked courier service. Shipping timeframes vary by destination and are outside the control of VAINGLORYSTUDIOS once the item has been handed to the courier. Risk transfers to the client upon dispatch

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the client.

 Delivery Issues:

VAINGLORYSTUDIOS is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier services after dispatch. However, we will assist where possible in resolving shipping issues.

Returns & Exchanges:

Bespoke ATELIER items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or materially defective.

Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographic evidence.

Right to Refuse Service:

VAINGLORYSTUDIOS reserves the right to decline or cancel any commission prior to production at its sole discretion. In such cases, any payments received will be refunded in full.

By commissioning a VAINGLORYSUDIOS ATELIER piece, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
