At VainGlory, we want you to love every purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility:

We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in unworn, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
  • Item is damaged, faulty, or does not match the description.
  • Final Sale items (such as limited drops, personalized items, and items marked as non-returnable) are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly marked in the product description.

2. How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at vainglorystudios@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and a reason for the return. If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the item. Please include photos of the damage or defect when reaching out so we can assist you faster.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Once you receive your RA number, carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged by us. 

Important: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is safely delivered to us. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

3. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved and issued.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note:

  • Processing times: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item, damaged goods), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

5. Pre-Order Items:

All pre-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded once an order is placed.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that the item is made-to-order and will ship at a later date.

Please review all product details, sizing, and shipping timelines before completing your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist.

6. Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at vainglorystudios@outlook.com.

7. Chargebacks:

If customers chargeback before the end of a pre-order period of a product, the charge back should be automatically overturned.

We reserve the rights to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.

VAINGLORY ATELIER — BESPOKE COMMISSIONS POLICY

Made-to-Order Nature:

VAINGLORYSTUDIOS ATELIER pieces are bespoke items produced exclusively for the commissioning client. Each piece is handcrafted to order according to the approved specifications and is unique in nature.

Payment:

Full payment is required prior to the commencement of production. No work will begin until payment has been received in cleared funds.

Production & Lead Times:

Production timelines provided are estimates only and may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and handcrafted processes. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Design Approval:

All design details must be reviewed and approved by the client prior to production. Once production has begun, substantial changes cannot be made.

Non-Refundable Policy:

Due to the bespoke nature of VAINGLORYSTUDIOS ATELIER pieces, all commissions are final sale and non-refundable once production has commenced. This includes cancellations, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with subjective aesthetic preferences.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

Variations:

Natural leather and handcrafted construction may result in slight variations in colour, grain, texture, hardware finish, or stitching. These characteristics are inherent to bespoke craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Shipping:

Completed pieces will be dispatched using a tracked courier service. Shipping timeframes vary by destination and are outside the control of VAINGLORYSTUDIOS once the item has been handed to the courier. Risk transfers to the client upon dispatch

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the client.

 Delivery Issues:

VAINGLORYSTUDIOS is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier services after dispatch. However, we will assist where possible in resolving shipping issues.

Returns & Exchanges:

Bespoke ATELIER items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or materially defective.

Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographic evidence.

Right to Refuse Service:

VAINGLORYSTUDIOS reserves the right to decline or cancel any commission prior to production at its sole discretion. In such cases, any payments received will be refunded in full.

By commissioning a VAINGLORYSUDIOS ATELIER piece, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
